自 2018 年6月1 1 日起，由同济大学档案馆制作出具的中英文成绩翻译单、学历学位证书翻译件、信封封口章以及各类奖学金证书翻译件认证等，将采用认证专用章（图1），原认证章（图2）、封口章（图3）即废止。同时，原所用纸张也同步更换。在此之前在档案馆办理的翻译件，一年之内加印的仍使用原版，特此通知。样张如下：

We would like to announce that from 11st.June,2018, Archives of Tongji University would start using only one special seal (Picture1) for authentication of translation including transcript, diploma certificate, degree certificate, envelope and scholarship certificate. The former seals (Picture 2 and 3) would be abolished at the same time. The paper for Transcript is also changed. Extra copy in one year of the translation made before in Archives remain the same.
